The embosser is preloaded with a speech corresponding to your distributor. To load a diffrent speech into the embosser download the new speech and use Embosser utility to load it into the embosser.
There are more speech files available from Embosser utility (File / Open... / From Internet).
A distributor package includes multiple settings according to the distributor. It can be speech, tables and default settings that is loaded to the embosser when it is shipped to the distributor.
Embosser head files adjust the behavior of the embosser depending on the hammers inside the embossing head. On the embossing head there is a label with the hammers batch number.
There is at least one file for each batch number of hammers. The files can be downloade from this location:

To download a file you should select the file and right click with the mouse or press Shift + F10 to open the menu. Select Save target as... and save the file.
The embosser head files are text files that can be sent to the embosser with IbPrint. IbPrint can be downloaded with Download Manager.
