Orders from US distributors

All orders are placed to order@indexbraille.com as usual. Index Braille confirms the order and gives the shipping instruction to the logistic hub at JFK. The Index Distributors will receive an Order Confirmation from Index Braille.

Shipment UPS Ground

Gods will be shipped with UPS ground and the shipping document emailed to the distributor by Index Braille.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost is a flat fee of 100 USD per box.  

Payments

Shipments is payed in the same way as before to Index Braille bank account in Sweden.
