Printer drivers
Index printer drivers are available for Windows XP/Vista and Mac OS X 10.4 and higher. All our embossers need printer drivers to function correctly.
MS Vista and XP
Install Add Printer Wizard with Download Manager. This printer driver is used in WinBraille 5, Braille Labeler, Embosser Utility 5 and ibPrint 5.
Win2000 and XP
Embosser Utility 3 include the printer driver installation. This printer driver is used in WinBraille 4, Embosser Utility 3 and ibPrint.

WinBraille 5 Readme and version history and its printer driver supports:
- MS Windows XP and Vista
- Add-in for MS Office 2003 and 2007
- Index V3 embossers (Printer Driver Basic-D V3, Everest V3, 4X4 V3 and 4Waves V3)
- Index V2 embossers (Printer Driver Basic V2 etc.. and Index Universal printer driver)
Index Braille Download Manager is used for downloading:
- Add Printer Wizard (Windows printer driver)
- WinBraille 5 (Braille editor for Index embossers)
- Braille labeler (Labeling program for Basic-D/Everest and data from MS Excel files)
- Embosser utility (Utility program to upgrade and personalize your Index embosser)
- IbPrint (Drag and drop icon for sending text, picture, setup files etc to Index embossers)
