Setup for hammer 0604
Adjust hammer on time
- Press “repeat” during power on – Echo “item impact level number one”
- Press “multiple” until it echo “item delay time”
- Change the value on “item delay time” to 599 by pressing “1” and “10”
- Press “repeat” to save the value 599.
Adjust vertical alignment
- Start the Hammer program in permanent mode by:
- Create a shortcut, right click on the desktop New/ shorcut
- Create Shortcut wisard
- Browse to
- "C:\Program Files\Index Braille\Embosser utility\version2\hammer.exe", ad the extention, space+"/INDEX"
- Complete the Create Shortcut wisard
- Start the hammer program in permanent mode by double click on the icone.
- Select / Test // Vertical Alignment
- Set the value on included pictures for Everest V2, Basic V2 or 4X4 V2
- Press “Send to Embosser”
- Your V2 Index embosser is now ready to be used with hammer 0604.
