Choose your braille method

Braille dots may be formed slowly with a quiet press. Or rapidly with a more noisy hammer system. All Index embossers use the rapid hammer method. The advantage is high quality braille, durability and low cost. The noise level is easily reduced with a hood. What is your focus?

Requirements

To be able to teach as much as possible during the service course, Index Braille kindly requests the following from course participants:

  • Be able to communicate in English.
  • Have basic Windows/ computer knowledge.
  • Bring a personal laptop
  • Blind participators has to bring his/her own guide

Please inform Index Braille in advance if you are low sighted or have other special requirements.
