International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment (ICEVI) is a global association of individuals and organizations promoting equal access to appropriate education for all children and youth with visual impairments, so that they can achieve their full potential.
Every 4 years a European conference is organized by ICEVI Europe in cooperation with local partners, this time being Blindenzorg Licht en Liefde, Spermalie and Centrum Ganspoel.
