Warning for SPAM/Fishing E-mails!

Dear Friends,
We are getting reports that some of you are receiving spam or fishing emails that appear to come from Me and/or Index Braille. I ask you to exercise the utmost caution and act with scepticism if something appears to be suspicious.
Below you find information on how to easily detect a spam/fishing email. If you are still in doubt, I advise you to contact me directly either by email or by phone.

Take care and best regards!
Mikael Vikman Sunna, CEO

Index Braille uses DMARC to prevent SPAM/FISHING emails from being sent in the name of Index Braille. There are spammers who try to bypass the DMARC email authentication protocol.
This is easy to detect. If you choose to reply to a spam/fishing email, the reply address will not point to an @indexbraille.com address. It will be a different email address pointing to the spammer.
Another way to know if it is a spam/fishing email is to check the person listed in the signature. All valid contacts are listed on our website.
Personal emails from Index Braille always include our footer, Braille Printing Made Easy.
As a reminder, Index Braille will never ask for outstanding balances or open invoices. We already have this information in our system.
