Index Braille was founded in 1982, by Bjorn Lofstedt. During 40 years the company has worked for good braille accessibility for blind people around the world. The result of this effort has been marketing leading products and services. Index Braille is since decades the global market leader of the braille printer market.
Now it is time for a change. Mr. Bjorn Lofstedt is retiring, and new owners are taking over.
From June 15, 2022, the company is owned by the management team of Index Braille;
