Duxbury patch for 213 error

Short installation instruction

Unzip the file.

Find your installation folder of Duxbury 11.1 (usually in program files
(x86) or just Program files\Duxbury\11.1\ Place the unzipped file in this folder to  overwrite the dxemb.dll file in there.

If the customer is uncomfortable with overwriting their original DXEMB.DLL file, simply rename it to something else like DXEMB2.DLL
