Connect the network cable
On the left side of the control panel there is a network icon. When connecting the network cable to the embosser, this icon starts to flash during the search for a network address. After a few seconds the network icon will light up in which indicates an established network connection.

Verify network address
By pressing HELP+10 the embosser will echo the TCP/IP address (example 192.168.4.24). If the echo is 0.0.0.0 there no network communication established.
