The World Federation of the Deafblind (WFDB) in co-operation with Deafblind support Philippines Inc. and the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) will be hosting the conference. The conference theme is "accessibility and inclusion for people with deafblindness in everyday life - CRPD for everyone everywhere."
Sessions and workshops will cover: Accessibility and inclusion in education, technology, work and organizational work and meaningful leisure activities.
The Helen Keller Conference will be held November 7-8th and the WFDB General Assembly on November 10-11th.
